GreatQuick Support

WordPress helpwhen you need it.

Expert troubleshooting, fixes, improvements and guidance from the team that already knows your website.

Every website needs someone to call when something comes up.

Something is broken. A form stopped working. You need a page changed. There is a feature you want to add. You have a question about how something works. These things come up, and when they do, you need someone who can actually help.

GreatQuick Support gives you direct access to the same team that built your website. We already understand how it works, what it runs on and what matters to the business.

No tickets to a generic queue. No starting from scratch every time. Just a straightforward relationship with people who know your site.

How we help

Direct access to real expertise.

From quick fixes to strategic guidance, GreatQuick Support covers the full range of WordPress help.

Troubleshooting

Something broken, behaving unexpectedly or showing an error? We investigate, diagnose and fix it.

Website fixes

Layout problems, broken forms, plugin conflicts, display issues, mobile bugs. We resolve them properly, not with workarounds.

Content assistance

Help with content updates, page changes, image replacements and text edits when you need a hand.

Small improvements

Minor feature additions, layout adjustments, new sections or functional tweaks that do not require a full project.

Technical guidance

Need advice on a plugin, a feature idea, a technical decision or an integration? We explain the options clearly.

Consultation

Not sure what your website needs? We assess the situation and recommend the right next step, whether that is Support, Care or a new project.

Priority response

Support clients get direct access to our team with priority response times. No generic helpdesk queues.

Ongoing support relationship

An ongoing arrangement means we already know your website. Every request has context from day one.

Direct communication

You talk to the people who do the work. No account managers, no middlemen, no re-explaining the problem.

Honest assessment

If a request is better handled as a project, we will say so. If it is a five-minute fix, we will say that too.

What makes Support different

Not maintenance. Not a project. The help in between.

Support fills the gap between scheduled maintenance and full project work. It is for the things that come up day to day, week to week.

Support is not maintenance

Care covers scheduled updates and health checks. Support covers the unscheduled: questions, problems, improvements and requests that come up as you use the website.

Support is not a new project

A new page, a redesign or a major feature is project work. Support handles smaller, more immediate needs that do not require a full brief or proposal.

Expert help, not generic advice

You get direct access to WordPress developers who know your website, your codebase and your hosting setup.

Context from the start

Because we built the website (or have taken it on), we already understand how it works. No onboarding, no audit, no discovery fee.

Predictable relationship

An ongoing support arrangement means you have a team ready when you need one. No scrambling to find a freelancer.

Clear boundaries

We are upfront about what fits within support and what should be scoped as a project. No surprises on either side.

Part of the ecosystem

Support works best alongside the rest.

Pair Support with Host for infrastructure and Care for ongoing maintenance. Together they keep your website fully covered.

Questions

Common questions about Support.

Something not answered here? That is exactly what Support is for.

What is the difference between Support and Care?

Care is scheduled, ongoing maintenance: updates, security checks, backups and health monitoring. Support is on-demand help for specific problems, questions, improvements and requests.

What kind of requests does Support cover?

Troubleshooting, bug fixes, content changes, small improvements, technical questions, plugin advice, integration help, layout adjustments and general WordPress guidance.

Can you support a website you did not build?

In most cases, yes. We assess the website first to understand the codebase and hosting setup, then explain what we can help with and flag anything that needs attention.

How quickly do you respond?

Response times depend on the support arrangement. Ongoing support clients get priority access. We are transparent about expected timelines and always communicate clearly.

What if my request is too big for support?

We will tell you honestly. If a request needs significant design or development work, we will recommend scoping it as a project and explain why.

Do I need Care and Support, or just one?

It depends on the website. Care keeps it maintained. Support helps when you need something changed or fixed. Most clients benefit from both, but each works independently.
